Every element on your invoice traces to one of four pricing mechanisms: administrative fees, product rates with production days, flat rates, or system bundles. This guide shows each, with worked examples, so you can estimate your project total before we begin.

All prices subject to adjustment based on project complexity and specific requirements. Rates reflect professional liability exposure audited annually by our insurance provider.

Post-production inspections carry double the standard rate — certifying work after completion means conditions can no longer be directly observed during installation, increasing liability.

Continuous Oversight with Production Days

These products require on-site presence during installation. The base rate covers certification; production days reflect actual time on site. IBC code requirements for Continuous Special Inspections determine which products fall into this category.

Backfill inspections verify soil replacement and compaction around structural elements. Slab patch/repair ensures safe restoration of concrete surfaces after invasive work. Both are mandated for compliance.

When the scope is fully defined, a single rate replaces the base + production day formula. Predictable cost, streamlined scheduling.

Required with Basement Gutter and/or Drain Tile: WallSeal 6mil Moisture Barrier ($300) and Slab Patch/Repair ($300). Ensures moisture control at wall-floor interfaces and durable concrete restoration.

Rates reflect risk and liability per product category, audited annually by our professional liability insurer.
Production Days
$600/day for continuous on-site oversight. IBC Special Inspection requirements determine which products need this.
Required Services
Backfills, Slab Patch/Repair, and WallSeal are mandated for compliance — marked required in the tables above.
Emergency / Rush
Less than 24 hours notice adds a $400 rush fee.
Missed Appointments
No one present at the permitted address without prior notice: $400 no-show fee.
Post-Production
2× total cost (services + production days) to reflect the added liability of certifying completed work.
